Catherine and Patrick will be delighted to welcome you to their beautiful property. The late 19th-century manor house was built by the owner of the Château de Boistissandeau (1.5 km away) to house one of his servants named Marie Barrault... we will share her story with you... Over the years, the house changed hands several times before being restored into a high-end private mansion. The 450 m² house has been completely renovated, and the 2200 m² grounds have been transformed into a landscaped garden with a pool and spa, accessible under certain conditions. The Studio Gîtes, which can accommodate 2 people, were created during the property's restoration. You will experience a warm and personalized welcome, respecting everyone's privacy. The establishment is very peaceful, making it suitable for both a single night and an extended stay. It is also equipped for professionals seeking unique and personalized locations.

Studios located in a property of the late 19th century, completely renovated. Studios aux Herbiers near Puy du Fou (10 mn) Studios with own shower room and toilets Small kitchen fully equiped and outdoor terrace. You can ask for the sheets and towels with extra charges or you can bring your own. The extra charge for the cleaning is not included in the price of the studio, you will have to pay for it at your arrival. Outside, garden, swimming pool and hot tub accessible under certain conditions. Access hours to the facilities are from 4 PM to 8 PM, depending on the weather and the results of daily health tests.
