Located on the 6th floor of a beautiful, secure residence (important : there is an elevator, however it is currently out of service), you'll appreciate this comfortable apartment. Please note: to gain access to the apartment, keys must be collected from a key box located 400 meters from the apartment. A large apartment with a beautiful living room featuring large windows, a comfortable living room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area with high chairs, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! In addition to its ideal location, the apartment has a private parking space and a balcony !
