My house is situated in the centre of France in the small village of Jarnages only 3kms from the N145 - a dual carriageway running east-west accross France. The ground floor flat is on one level, has a small garden and I accept pets. It has a large bedroom and lounge/dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Parking is free directly in front of the appartment. I'm afraid you cannot ask further questions without booking.
I have dual English/ French nationality and farmed livestock for 20 years in France. I then set up my house in the nearby village of Jarnages in 3 flats, one where I live and two which I rent out. I run a walking group, play table-tennis, give English lessons and belong to two choirs.
The village has a bakery, bar/restaurant, small grocers and pharmacy all within 200 metres of the house. There is a weekly Sunday market. The area is ideal for walking and cycling including cross-country. There are several castles locally and the the town of Aubusson with its UNESCO tapestry museum is not far away.
