In a quiet area of Vienne, a stone's throw from the hospital, you will be charmed by this small, cosy apartment that we have prepared for you. The access to the motorway is very easy, and yet you are in the greenery in a quiet area. Maximum comfort guaranteed. Comfortable and design office area, night space and a small cocoon to cook and enjoy your stay in Vienne. This T1 of 35 m² is brand new. You have a night space behind a glass roof for pleasant nights in a double bed of 140cm. The spacious sofa bed will also accommodate 2 other travellers. Just in front is the bathroom with a large hanging shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided. Senséo coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and everything you need to cook. There is a deposit of 400 EUR. For that we will need a check, that we'll destroy when you leave. :-)

Neighborhood info

Quiet neighborhood and in the greenery. The antique theatre can be reached on foot. You will not be far from the restaurant La Pyramide, one of the high place of the French gastronomy with its chef Patrick Henriroux, and from all the other activities taking place in Vienne like the market, the shops...etc. You will be able to discover the Gallo-Roman sites in Saint Romain en Gal and Vienne: museums, ancient theatre, Romanesque & Gothic churches, etc.). The little train of Vienne will transport you through the city and to the nearby vineyards for wine lovers (Côtes rôties, Condrieu, etc...). For the sportsmen, hiking or cycling ; The Via-rhona passes through St Romain and can take you as far as the south.
