Originally from this beautiful department of Hautes Alpes, after a few years spent in the city, I am happy to make my life here again. Today I am embarking on the adventure of rental to allow travelers to discover the richness of our environment. In all conviviality I welcome you to this little haven of peace, an old building that we have completely renovated with my partner, for a rejuvenating stay. During your stay We will be welcomed either in person or through a key box but we will always remain available during your stay to respond to your requests.

Welcome to this spacious 90m2 T4, completely renovated with a breathtaking view of the Morgon and Serre-Ponçon Lake. The exposure and the private 30m2 terrace are ideal for enjoying the exceptional panorama as well as the softness of the sun each season. You will particularly appreciate the tranquility of the place and the proximity to numerous sporting and non-sporting activities! The "Maison du Plongeoir" is made up of 4 spacious apartments with careful decoration which offer lake views and private exteriors. "Le Panoramique" for 6 guests with its large terrace overlooking the lake and its 3 bedrooms (ad visible). "Le Cosy", available from March 2024 which can accommodate 2 guests with its breathtaking view from the room and its small terrace on the north side. And finally, "Le Duplex" and "L'Annex", two comfortable T3 on the upper floor which will accommodate 4 guests each by summer 2024. The entire house can be privatized for families or groups of friends with a maximum capacity of 16 people.

Neighborhood info

Quiet area located at an altitude of 800m, just above the lake, which benefits from an ideal exposure to enjoy the sun in all seasons. Less than 5 minutes by car will allow you to reach the center of Savines and its amenities.
