When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night per apartment applies. We accept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg.
To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals and Foire Au Jabon, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment.
You can pay the deposit by telephone. (maximum 2 days before or on the day of your arrival by calling 05 59 70 51 10 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.).
