Welcome to Terre de Pierres – Amethyst, a 3-star gîte of 57 m², nestled in a typical Périgord hamlet, close to the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne. This peaceful haven, ideal for 4 people, combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), a friendly dining area, and a comfortable lounge with television. Upstairs, there are two welcoming bedrooms: one double room (140x190 bed), one room with two single beds (90x190), as well as a modern bathroom (shower, hairdryer, washing machine) and separate toilets. You also have a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Périgord sun. Outside, relax in the shared heated pool (open from May to the end of September), shared with another gîte. A large garden with a swing and volleyball court will delight both children and adults. The location is ideal: only 12 km from Sarlat, Montignac-Lascaux, and Les Eyzies, and very close to the beautiful Eyrignac gardens. Hiking, mountain biking, swimming (pond 4 km away), canoeing, caving, or golf – the activities are plentiful. The Périgord Noir will also charm you with its exceptional heritage, characterful villages, castles, and evening gourmet markets. Small dogs are accepted with prior agreement. Bed linen and towel rental is available on request for an extra charge.
