Peaceful refurbished, well-insulated house just steps from the Yerres River. This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room to relax in. Enjoy the view of the lush garden from the open-air terrace with family and friends. Please note: The garden is shared with our neighbors to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Therefore, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted in the house or the garden. 📹 There is a security camera installed in the garden for anti-theft purposes. It only monitors the outdoor area and does not record any indoor spaces. Thank you for your understanding.
The bike path and walks along the Yerre River are ideal activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Shops are close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk from Brunoy train station and 30 minutes from Paris.
