This charming 48 m² house in Barneville-Carteret can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 58 m² garden! Wifi, sheets included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : Ground floor : - 15 m² living room with sofa, TV, decorative fireplace and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200). - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC 2nd floor: - Bedroom 2: large dormitory with two single beds (90×200), numerous board games, children's and adult books, table football, a television with DTT. Outside: - A beautiful private garden of 58 m², not enclosed, facing north-west, with Weber barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - Free access to the basketball and tennis courts, 100 m from the house. Other remarks : - The accommodation is not suitable for small children due to the spiral staircase. - No television - Bed linen included. Towels are not provided and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
