Located in the peaceful town of Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, just a few minutes from Nantes, the house is also close to La Beaujoire, making it a great choice for concerts, football matches, trade fairs, and other events. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and more), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You'll also enjoy free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, dry machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax in the private garden or take advantage of the free private parking. Thanks to the self check-in, you can arrive at a time that suits you. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are all within easy reach.
