A brand new fully equipped and independent garden studio located between the shore of Lake Geneva and local mountains and ski resorts of the Haute Savoie
I'm a semi-retired ex lawyer who now does hypnotherapy, living in the main house with my two kids who are both currently at uni in Cambridge and Geneva
Perrignier is a small town situated in a protected UNESCO Geoparc called the "Chablis" around 5 km from the local sandy beach of Excenevez on lake Geneva, 8 km from the main port of Thonon-les-Bains where you can access lake transport and the local Haute Savoie mountain region which hosts numerous well-known ski resorts, as close as 20 mins drive from the property. We are also within easy access to Geneva by train, Evian and Montreux for the yearly jazz festival.
