Welcome to our tiny village in Sault, located on a 3,600 m² plot. Facing a small wooded area, you can relax in peace and quiet, while being close to all amenities. Just a few meters away, you can hike through the woods of Rocher du Méry, as well as enjoy a beautiful walk around the magnificent Sault pond, a 15-minute walk away (it's being drained). We can suggest several other activities in the area, so boredom won't be an issue! A tiny house featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pod machine), an eco-friendly bathroom with a composting toilet, a shower (organic, eco-friendly shampoo and shower gel), and a sink. There are also two mezzanine bedrooms connected by a net for relaxing, a guaranteed cabin feel! The first has a 160x200cm queen-size bed and the second a 100x200cm bed. A cozy single-story tiny house featuring a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pod machine), an eco-friendly bathroom with a composting toilet, a shower (organic and eco-friendly shampoo and shower gel), and a sink. There are also two separate bedrooms, the first of which has a 160x200cm queen-size bed with a large opening onto the kindling, and the second has two 80x200cm bunk beds. Each has storage space.
