The garages are not accessible and remain locked at all times.

We will welcome you in person to show you the house and ensure that everything meets your expectations. You must inform us of your arrival time (between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM).

Early check-ins, late arrivals, and late check-outs are only possible upon request and subject to our approval.

These requests incur additional charges due to the use of facilities (water, electricity, pool, etc.) and require additional organization (cleaning, laundry, reception).

They will therefore be charged at €80 per additional hour.

Outdoor surveillance cameras as well as an indoor alarm system are installed in the property.

No camera is operational when the alarm system is deactivated.

The alarm system is always deactivated when guests are staying in the property.

We guarantee your privacy during your stay.

For everyone’s comfort, and out of respect for our cleaning and laundry service providers, we kindly ask you to:

Keep the villa clean, especially the kitchen.

Ensure that all equipment is clean (oven, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, refrigerator, etc.) and that dishes are washed and put away.

In case of excessive dirt, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

We do not clean the griddle (plancha) between stays; you must clean it after each use.

Terrace furniture must be put back in place and sheltered before your departure.

You must follow the waste sorting guidelines (displayed in the kitchen). A glass recycling container is located nearby, 600 meters from the villa, at 4 rue du Cerisier.

Report any incident during your stay (breakage, malfunction) so that we can take the necessary steps for future guests.

Do not move furniture to avoid damaging it or the walls (paint, etc.).

Follow the safety instructions and the pool rules.

Pool Safety Instructions and Rules:

Do not leave children unattended

Do not run around the pool

Do not play games involving holding someone underwater

Keep the pool as clean as possible by using the provided skimmer net to remove leaves and insects from the water

Always close the pool cover when the pool is not in use, when leaving the villa, and at night (to prevent water evaporation and avoid the water becoming cold)

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
