Old renovated farm, on the heights of La-Bastide-Clairence, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France. Beautiful view over the green hills of the Basque Country. Spacious detached house on wooded park. Ground floor: Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer) opening onto a sheltered terrace. Living room with TV, wood stove, internet box. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180 and 1 bed 160). Shower room, wc, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds). Shower room/wc. The main living room is heated with the wood stove (heat recovery), the other rooms are equipped with electric convectors. Sheets provided/beds made for your arrival, possibility of renting towels. Consumption and electric heating extra (meter reading) and wood provided for the 1st outbreak, extra beyond that (70 euros per cubic meter). A cleaning fee of 70 euros is to be paid to the owner on arrival at the gîte, if not subscribed when booking. Pleasant unfenced garden of 3000 m2 in the middle of meadows (sheep), parking, covered terrace, garden furniture, gas plancha, sunbathing. Village center 2.5 km (listed village with craftsmen), pediment and trinquet (Basque pelota), small shops, doctor, restaurants and municipal swimming pool. Caves of Oxocelaya 10 km. Cambo-Les-Bains and Espelette 20 km. Biarritz or Bidart beaches 40 km. Paragliding at Mount Baigura 24 km. FORTNIGHTLY RENTALS IN SUMMER AND WEEKLY OUT OF SEASON.
