Surface area 75 m². Ground floor: main room with kitchen and dining area, living room with wood stove, bathroom, toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 twin 90 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed), relaxation area with 2 twin 80 cm pull-out beds (screen). Beautiful furnished terrace with lounge area, bar. Completely enclosed, it overlooks the river. Hammock, croquet game, brazier and plancha, basketball hoop, badminton. For the more adventurous, there are many trails to discover on site. Shelters two cars. Additional 200 deposit if there is an animal present. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be charged at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

Just 3 minutes from the A20 and 4 from the town of Bessines, on the exceptional site of a mill on the banks of the Gartempe, isolated in the countryside, this very comfortable and refined gîte is built as an extension of the mill. It is accessible by a path (around 350 m). Beds made, bathroom linen, household linen, wood included.
