Un appartement en RDC d'un peu plus de 40m carré, à 10 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Cuisine équipé neuve (réfrigérateur, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge, cafetière Dolce Gusto, plaque à induction, hotte) qui donne sur un salon/salle à manger avec tv et coin bureau. Une terrasse privative et éclairée est à disposition, avec vue sur l'eau et sur la cathédrale. Chambre séparée (lit double), salle de bain avec douche, grands placards dans l'entrée. Parking sécurisé 1 voiture au sous-sol.
J'habite à quelques kilometres de l'appartement, et je suis joignable en continue par téléphone si besoin
À 2 pas de la cathédrale, quartier les pieds dans l'eau, très calme. Stationnement dans le parking de la résidence, ensuite tout peut-être fait à pieds, en bus ou en train.
