Chez Lulu welcomes you to a family-friendly atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room, and two lounges. There’s a first shower room with toilet on this level. For your beach gear and laundry, you’ll appreciate a garage opening onto the garden, just like the living area. A lovely green space and terrace invite you to enjoy meals together and outdoor activities. Parking is available inside the property if needed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a second shower room for everyone’s comfort, and a separate second toilet. Two bedrooms have double beds (140 cm), and one has bunk beds (90 cm). Chez Lulu is a 5-minute walk from the center of Batz-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from Saint-Michel beach, and 15 minutes from Valentin beach. The house is a 5-minute drive from Le Croisic and 15 minutes from La Baule and Guérande. Cycling is a great way to get around, with dedicated paths all over the peninsula.
