Villa Aigarden is located 400 metres from the Avignon ramparts, 1 km from Les Halles (Place Pie), 2kms from the Palais des Papes, through pretty pedestrian streets. Hidden from view, behind a sober north-facing façade, Villa Aigarden hides many surprises. A typical 1900's bourgeois façade, decorated with a grand staircase leading to a perron overlooking the canopy. A lush garden, a spacious swimming pool, a summer kitchen. A reception room like a balcony overlooking the ocean of greenery offered by the surrounding gardens. Villa Aigarden welcomes its guests in three rooms, including one suite. The property borders the ViaRhôna. This 815 km cycling route takes you from the Alpine panoramas to the beaches of the Camargue, crossing the emblematic landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards and those of southern Provence: hilltop villages, lavender and olive groves, and gastronomic discoveries. From the Villa, guests can take advantage of Avignon's rich heritage, such as the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon, or the cultural attractions of the Avignon Festival. Avignon is also at the crossroads of many exceptional sites: Arles, Aigues-Mortes and the Camargue, the Alpilles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Luberon or the Baux-de-Provence, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Mont Ventoux, the Pont du Gard and Uzès...

It's been more than ten years since we fell under the spell of Avignon. What could be more normal when the City of the Popes offers you so much heritage, cultural and gustatory wealth? We have also made beautiful and lasting friendships there. It is this generous culture that we want to share with our guests. After having opened a guest room "Aigarden" in our house in the city centre, in 2022 we invested in the Villa to create three guest rooms just a stone's throw from the ramparts. We named it Villa Aigarden in memory of our first successful hosting experience. We welcome our guests in a warm atmosphere and a spirit of openness, to make them live an experience of sharing and exchange. We like to share our good addresses and organise themed evenings to make their visit an unforgettable experience!

Villa Aigarden is very close to the Remparts of Avignon, in a residential area. The property is bordered by the Canal de Vaucluse which supplies water to the Rue des Teinturiers. The property also borders the ViaRhôna. From the Villa, guests can enjoy the riches of Avignon, the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon, the Avignon Festival, and its surroundings : Arles, the Camargue, Saint Rémy de Provence, Isle sur la Sorgue, Mont Ventoux, Baux de Provence, Luberon, Alpilles, Uzès ...
