On the ground floor you will find: - A large, friendly living room/dining room decorated with taste in the local theme of the Sea, - A fully equipped large kitchen opening onto the furnished outdoor terrace. - Three adult bedrooms with King Size beds (180cm/200cm) with dressing rooms and connected TVs .- A children's room with 3 stacked beds (90/190cm) - A large bathroom, including ample storage, double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. - A fully equipped laundry room. - A separate toilet. Not to forget, a SPA area with a 5-seat Jacuzzi and a covered Sauna. Upstairs: - An adult bedroom with a King Size bed (180/200cm) - A large game room with billiards and foosball. All situated on a 2000 m² plot, a completely fenced garden (120cm high) with trees and flowered. A vegetable garden at the back of the garden is also available to you. As for the central path, it hosts the most experienced pétanque players in the summer.

Between historical museums, visiting landscapes, hiking, seasonal festivals, or even foot fishing, you will find activities for all tastes and all generations. Places to visit around Pirou: We recommend visiting the small castle of Pirou and, of course, the beach along with its restaurants or even visiting the oyster parks and mussel beds. 15 minutes away, you will find the majestic Coutances Cathedral,Agon-Coutainville / the Agon point: Its golf course, its beaches, the perfect place to have a local sausage and fries, ice cream, or sweets while relaxing by the water, for example. 30 minutes to the north, discover Portbail, Barneville, or Sainte Mère Eglise and its suspended soldier. 30 minutes to the south, Regnéville, St Pair sur Mer, and Granville, for instance. For adventurers, you have the magnificent Nez de Jobourg to visit , Mont St. Michel or the D-Day beaches and the American cemetery.
