A few steps lead to the terrace, which serves the ground floor: entrance, kitchen and utility room, living room with foosball table. There is one bedroom (one queen-size bed 160cm and two single beds 90cm), and another bedroom (one queen-size bed 160cm). This second bedroom has direct access to the shower room, which is also accessible from the hallway. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a pool table, a small bedroom (one double bed 140cm), and a large bedroom (three single beds 90cm and one queen-size bed 160cm). Amenities include a pétanque court, ping-pong table, various outdoor games, one triple canoe, and two double canoes. Public access regulations (ERP) do not allow for exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies). In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g. heating, electricity...) may be charged at the end of your stay.

In the land of Monts et Barrages, between the medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat and Lake Vassivière, Bujaleuf is a town located 35 km east of Limoges. Ideal for fishing, hiking and in the summer months water activities on the lake which also has a beach located 5 minutes walk from the cottage. The lake villa, completely independent, nestled on the side of the forest, opens onto a terrace with a view of the lake. It is surrounded by a large enclosure, a private fishing pond is located 100 m away and is enclosed.
