family property downtown Rouen with garden, very close to shops and center of town, in a very quiet and secure environnement, close garage by reservation, breakfast indoors or on the terrace, 10 mn walk to city center and close to train station, 150m walk from metro, subway and bus.
we are both my husband and I active retired persons ( Bank & GE HEALTHCARE for cardiology ) be careful my husband is very talkative !
residential neighbourhood very quite and safe with all shops at 150m walk. many XIX century big houses with garden ..... the countryside in the town ..... yes really ! !
