Ideally located, you have two apartments at your disposal, one with a garden, just 300 meters from the train station and the historic center. Tastefully and elegantly decorated, the apartments at Villa Renée offer every comfort!

We would be delighted to welcome you to Villa Renée, whether you are traveling for pleasure or business. We have taken great care to make our accommodations unique, cozy, and relaxing spaces. We want you to be able to unwind and recharge! Coffee, tea, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and lovely books... all just steps from the city's historic center. Our aim is to offer you a truly memorable stay.

Located in the very heart of the city, just 2 minutes from the train station and bus hub, you'll find all amenities close at hand, yet in a peaceful setting. All essential shops are within 50 meters of the apartment: supermarket, organic supermarket, bakery, wine shop, pharmacy, florist, tobacconist, etc. A local produce market is held 100 meters from the apartment every Friday morning. A 2-minute walk will take you to all the bars, restaurants, and various shops of the historic center. A 5-minute walk will bring you to the convention center, Valence's largest cinema, the new media library, the university, and other higher education institutions. The advantage of this apartment is the large parking lot located right outside, unlike in the pedestrianized historic center. Parking is free between 12 pm and 2 pm, as well as in the evenings, on Sundays, and on public holidays. Free street parking is also available near the apartment.
