The Villa Signature, nestled in a private and secure development, offers you an exceptional stay. The main house features 5 bedrooms, including 4 master suites, all designed with particular care. The adjoining apartment, with its 2 additional bedrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. The exterior setting is a tropical paradise, with a Bali stone pool surrounded by greenery. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, relax in the private jacuzzi, or have fun on one of the petanque courts. The villa also boasts a cinema room for unforgettable entertainment moments. The interior decor combines elegance and modernity, highlighting illustrations by contemporary designers. The fully equipped summer kitchen and outdoor spaces offer endless possibilities for convivial al fresco dining. For stays of a week or more, a 4-hour cleaning service is provided mid-stay, ensuring impeccable cleanliness throughout your visit. Breakfast offers are available for all guests, and a laundry/pressing service can be arranged through our concierge. The pool is heated from April to October, within the technical limits of the heat pump, ensuring a pleasant swim even outside the summer months. To secure your stay, a 5000 EUR security deposit will be requested 48 hours before your arrival, in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit card. This amount will be released 7 days after check-out if the property is returned in good condition. This process complies with the rules of booking platforms.
