Located near the theatre, just 100 meters from the town centre and 50 meters from the charming port of Marseillan, “Villa Tapôa” is a large, fully renovated 120 m² winegrower’s house featuring a beautiful private flower-filled terrace of 80 m². The house offers a spacious double living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and air conditioning, as well as three large bedrooms (15 m² and 16 m²) fitted with large wardrobes and opening onto a balcony. There is also a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside on the terrace. Regarding pets, we only accept small dogs, and requests must be made in advance. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it.
We are delighted to welcome you to this charming apartment that we have lovingly renovated ourselves. Upon your arrival, we will personally greet you and answer any questions you may have about the apartment or the town of Marseillan. For any special requests (pets, late arrival, etc.), please contact us before your stay so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
The apartment is located in the heart of Marseillan, next to the municipal theatre and only 100 meters from the charming port, where you will find restaurants and shops along the Étang de Thau lagoon. Marseillan-Plage beaches are just a 5-minute drive away. Free parking is available 10 meters from the apartment, in front of the Marseillan post office.
