This bright apartment was designed with one thing in mind: the pleasure of your stay. Here, the sea fills the whole horizon. In bright sunshine or under a storm warning, the beach and the open sea stretch out in cinemascope from every living space, or from the balcony, where a table and chairs await. A one-bedroom apartment, ideal for two, with a Queen Size bed (1.60 x 2 m). A third guest can sleep on a fold-away single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) in the living room. Bed linen, towels and bath mats are provided, along with soap, shower gel, washing-up liquid and cleaning products. The smart TV gives access to Orange TV, Canal+ Cinéma, Netflix and Prime Video, all subscriptions included. For coffee, a Nespresso machine (Original capsules, a few to get you started) and a stovetop moka pot for those who prefer ground coffee. Your stay includes a covered parking space beneath the building, which makes all the difference in Cabourg in season. One thing worth knowing: getting in means reversing down a narrow aisle, so you'll want to be comfortable manoeuvring. As a guide, a car 4.75 m long and 1.98 m wide with mirrors folded fits with room to spare lengthways.

On site, our concierge Aurore looks after personalised arrivals and adjusted times, whether you want to arrive earlier or leave later. You will receive her details as soon as your booking is confirmed, and she is the person to contact for these requests: she is there on the ground and can arrange things straight away. The residence is directly on the seafront, on the Marcel Proust promenade, at the foot of the Cap Cabourg water sports centre: the start of the wild dune trail, sailing, windsurfing, land yachting and kitesurfing. Opposite the residence, the footbridge over the Dives leads to Port Guillaume and its fish market, supplied all year round by the night catch of the six trawlers moored there. Everything is within walking distance: Le Grand Hôtel is 10 minutes along the beach, and Cabourg town centre with its covered market is 15 minutes away.
