The cottage is located in a medieval building recently renovated to accommodate its guests in the best conditions. This guest house, situated in the center of the historic site of Autun, brings together authenticity and friendliness. Its 3-star rated "Nénuphar" cottage is fully equipped and can accommodate 2 people. It is a through apartment, offering views of both the sunsets over the Morvan countryside and the ambiance of the Hauts Quartiers. The 55m2 apartment comprises 1 living room-kitchen with a sofa (which does not convert into a bed), a bathroom leading to the bedroom equipped with a 140cm bed. Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted. The apartment must be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was provided. Rubbish bins must be sorted and emptied. Heating should be set to standby mode during absences and maximized at 19 degrees Celsius. An additional charge for cleaning and electricity may be requested if necessary. Due to its medieval staircase, access for people with reduced mobility is not possible. A "Malongo" capsule coffee machine and a French press are available. Complimentary Wi-Fi hotspot is provided in the building. IMPORTANT: We inform our kind clientele that we do not have a reception as we are not a hotel. We will provide you with the code to access your apartment. After requested, our animal friends are welcome (1 per room). We thank you for keeping it on a leash, providing a basket for their sleeping area, and not allowing them to climb onto beds and armchairs The neighborhood, the house, and the staircase all date back to the Middle Ages, so they are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

All the amenities of the city are within walking distance (theater, swimming pool, supermarket, cinema, train station, market, restaurants, bars, etc.). The Rolin Museum is just across from the house. Saint Lazare Cathedral is at the end of the street. You can even catch a glimpse of its rooftops and spire from the garden.
