A historic Grade 2* listed building in splendid Italianate design and a great location on the Hoe overlooking Plymouth Sound.
We have been letting and renting property for nearly 20 years and love buying period property in great locations. We carefully refurbish properties and have completed ambitious plans to develop this building including the installation of a lift.
The neighbourhood has one of the finest outlooks anywhere overlooking the Hoe and Plymouth Sound both of which houses all the great events in the area including music festivals and even the Americas Cup.
