We purchased Rajabarrie Cottage in 2017 and it was in need of some tlc. The cottage has been fully refurbished by ourselves with a country but modern feel interior. The property has its own parking and has seating for 4 in the front and back garden.
We both love the outdoors and socializing. Steve is a joiner to trade and has renovated this cottage and the house we live in. We have 3 children whom have all left home and 2 granchildren so far...... We also enjoy our holidays and like our home comforts which we hope reflects in our cottage.
Our property lies in the small picturesque village of Dinnet, Royal Deeside. Situated in the Cairngorm national park, it is a great base to explore everything the park has to offer. A mere 5-minute walk to the first of 3 stunning lochs with breath-taking views and wildlife. Great for the fisherman with the River Dee just a stone’s throw away. Centrally located for both ski centres and on the main bus route from Aberdeen to Breamar, it makes it the ideal choice for people who like the outdoor life. There are several golf courses just a short drive away from Dinnet
