This is a private estate and one of the best streets in Milton, especially because it's next to the Milton Country Park. It's a very safe and peaceful neighborhood and the guests can feel safe and secure to walk around the neighborhood and the county park at any time of the day and night. There are good pubs and local store within walking distance. The country park at the door step is a bonus as it provides a peaceful and healthy space for walks, cycling, running and has an amazing coffee place with breathtaking views of the lake! Also, the river cam (10 mins walk) is another bonus. A nice place to walk/stroll/run along the river all the way to the city with breathtaking view of the surroundings including the river itself, boats (punting, kayaks, long boats etc.), pubs and nature in general.

There is also a private back garden with patio space which has a wooden table and bench, plus a shed to store your bikes. Private parking is available on the front driveway. Public parking is also found next to the Milton Country Park rear entry gate.
