The Company was registered with Companies House in 2021, but it lay dormant for 2-3 years, not even knowing why at the time. Then, in November 2023, the founder had a workplace accident, a near miss with death or disablement, which changed the future outlook. During the year after, whilst dealing with the trauma, I trained in property management and serviced accommodation, and set out to find properties to use as serviced apartments in the heart of Bedford, Bedfordshire, with the aim of serving guests in the area. As the host of these properties, I am really pleased with the results of the new layout across all 3 apartments, all designed for a comfortable stay in the very heart of Bedford. All include zones, lounge, TV, kitchen, dining, private showers and toileting, and laundry facilities, including a washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron, should you need them. The design is a warm colour palette, neutral, neither he nor she, but peaceful, with a dash of colour. The furniture fits well with each apartment's design and is functional, supporting your needs and comfort. The bedroom(s) are peaceful in design and large for an apartment of its size, with an open space before leading into the en-suite shower room, which includes a toilet and wash-hand basin. Here you will also find, hidden behind two white doors, the washer dryer and ironing facilities if you are staying longer. The Kitchens has everything you need for those days when you want to entertain and show off your culinary skills, with an oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, or fridge-freezer. The dining area is designed for comfort and seats up to 4 guests. For convenience, the nearest retail food retailer is within two minutes' door-to-door distance, so food shopping is no issue at all.

You have every amenity at your fingertips, parking, travel links, shops, food retailers, bars, restaurants, coffee outlets, cafes and a river walk. The space around the apartment consists of all the above, then more... Shopping centre within minutes of stepping outside the door, parks nearby, restaurants/bars are all around you, although personally I tend to venture down by the river, again a very short walk along the high street, passing the Market Square. A short walk to the train station means you can be in London within the hour, or, if you prefer to drive, you have access to the M1 and A1 motorways from the A421, east or west. Bedford is a growing and changing town, especially with the largest, newest theme park being built only minutes away, with an expected 8.5 million visitors from all over the world travelling to visit the new Universal Studios, opening in the early 2030s. In the meantime, Bedford has its own historical attractions and beautiful scenery around the town, and is located with direct access to London and the surrounding towns and cities, all within an easy commute with all travel links available.
