The device not capable to record voices just noise DB levels. Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Normal family noise levels will be around 60 DB - busy pub would be 85 DB. If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
