Property info

The property is a newly renovated large 3 bedroom ground floor flat with parking, with its own private access. There is a very large lounge with brand new recliner sofas, and a 65 inch TV with Virgin TV and 200MB broadband. The kitchen again is brand new, with lots of cupboards, a cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer etc. There is a separate WC and a bathroom with a bath and shower. There are 3 bedrooms, all of similar size, with very comfortable beds.

This property is located within 5 minutes walk of the City Centre and University. Within a couple of minute walk there is an Aldi, Salisbury's and Tesco's, numbers of restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
