With birds singing songs throughout the day and the hustle & bustle of Queen’s Road and Park Street, there couldn’t be a better location to discover Bristol. Brandon Hill is a wonderful place to get lost in and enjoy nature at its best (in your own backyard!). Discover its waterfalls, woodland, and meadow. There's a playground too and the paths lead you all the way down to the river Avon and the center of town. Park Street is filled with independent clothing stores, charity shops, and the original Boston Tea Party coffee shop. Try out Pinkman’s, a modern bakery and cafe. It’s ideal for single occupants, couples, friends, or groups to enjoy. We have 7 rooms with ensuite shower rooms and 1 studio on the ground floor that has a private external bathroom accessed on the same floor via the shared hallway. In the kitchen on the first floor, you’ll find cups, glasses, plates, pots & pans - everything you need if you felt like cooking. You will also find a kettle, fresh drinking water, and an electic range of teas & coffees for you to choose from. Pre-booked breakfast is available if booked before 7pm the evening before, 12.95 GBP per person, unless you booked a breakfast included rate. Enjoy the extremely comfortable couches in the living room or have dinner on the beautifully crafted Portuguese crafted dining table. No TV or hot drink facilites in the bedrooms as shared access to a smart TV in the lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. DAB radios in each room and free Wi-Fi that's great for streaming.

Berkeley Square is close to Park Street in the Clifton area of Bristol. It was laid out around 1790 in Georgian style with a central grass area behind railings. Its quiet residential square but within easy walking distance of Bristol University, cafes, bars, restaurants and the city center. Clifton Village and the suspension bridge is 15 - 20 min walk away and the downs only 25 mins. College Green and Harbourside is 10 - 15 min walk.
