Mary MacLean at the Post Office opposite will look after you at the property. She will either greet you personally or arrange for the property to be open warmed up with all your amenities refreshed. don't hesitate to go see her at the Post Office opposite.
Berneray is famous for Gaelic culture and the fantastic beaches and wildlife, especially seals, otters and birds. The machair area is a Place Osf Special Scientific Interest mainly because of the traditional methods of crofting allowing for rare plants and birds to thrive. Stock up with food at the Co-op before your arrival or get your supplies from the shop on Berneray, The Lobster Pot, which is also a fantastic bistro with great food. The parking area is fenced in and Private. Holding one large or two smaller cars. Be careful when venturing onto the rocks in front of the property as the seaweed is slippy. WiFi is broadband and fairly good for BT standards.
