A modern and spacious 2 bedroom house in Centre of Kirkwall, fully furnished with all appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine. The house has a private driveway with 2 parking spaces. Front and back garden with an all fenced area. 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 minute walk to the Balfour hospital.
