Heather Cottage is the semi-detached building from the 1950s. Situated overlooking the River Dee in a peaceful yet central location. Heather Cottage provides the ideal location for your stay. Fully furnished with high-quality products handpicked and handcrafted to create a unique experience of your stay. From bedding, cutlery, crockery, and even electricals you will have the luxury of quality stylish products. The inspiration came from my passion for quality and style coupled with my love of quirky and fun items. Hopefully, you'll enjoy a unique and stylish comfortable environment that offers traditional accommodation with a Scottish flare and a modern twist. It took a year from concept to renovate and design this spacious luxury house which I am delighted to say is now ready to be appreciated by many guests who enjoy the unique ambience and style of Heather Cottage. Modern features such as mood lighting and Smart TVs in all rooms, DVD- player and even old-fashioned video player add to the home-from-home feeling which I am sure you will enjoy. The big pet-friendly family garden will allow you to enjoy morning coffee in your pyjamas without being overlooked by the neighbours!

I am a big fan of angling and can talk about it for hours. River Dee offers one of the best possibilities to fish for salmon in Scotland. I am also a passionate foodie; I collect and appreciate tasting good whiskey and wine. I am fascinated by Scottish traditions; culture and I did my best to provide high-quality luxury accommodation with a unique twist by affording guests an experience that is truly special. Having stayed in inspiring apartments I collated all the good points and born from this is Heather Cottage that provides high-end luxury accommodation. I ensured that hand-selected items complement the décor and furnishings to give my guests an unforgettable experience of staying in Aberdeen, of staying in the wonderful part of Scotland. I endeavour for my guests to have the very best in luxury accommodation, unrivalled in today's short-term rental market. Heather Cottage is located on a tree-lined corner of streets overlooking the Aberdeenshire countryside and River Dee running through the city of Aberdeen and along Royal Deeside. This very quiet area is on the outskirts of the city yet only minutes from the city centre with ample off-street parking. The beautiful Duthie Park is just a short walk away with access to an attractive and very large parkland area with duck ponds, children's play park, Winter Gardens- a large covered tropical area with fish, reptiles and restaurant/coffee shop. Union Square is the main shopping area only 15 minutes away with a huge array of designer shops restaurants and a cinema. Within 5 minutes’ walk there is a 24hr supermarket complex with Asda (Walmart), Sainsbury's (Food) Currys (Electrical) and Boots (the Chemist), Harvester (Restaurant and Pub), Aberdeen Snow Sports Centre, Goals (Football). Plenty of walking paths available to exercise your dog around the Heather Cottage or on nearby Kincorth Hill Nature Reserve. Old Victorian railway path can take you from Duthie park to the heart of Royal Deeside countryside, which you can enjoy by foot or on a bike. The Beach esplanade is 20 minutes away.
