Our accommodation gives our guests total privacy and flexibility to come and go in seclusion, as it is fully self-contained with it's own entrance and covered porch. In the sitting room there is a small sofa, which may be used as a sofa bed (see charges) and we can also supply a travel cot for infants. The kitchenette comprises a sink unit with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. We provide fresh milk, water, tea, coffee, cereals and yogurt. There is a fold up dining table and two chairs, and china and cutlery are provided. Free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV/DVD player and board games are included. Leaflets of local attractions and recommendations give you much information about the area. The carpeted bedroom has a sunny aspect over the garden with a King size bed, bedside tables, a hanging cupboard and chair, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Blackout blinds are on the windows. There is an en suite shower room with basin, heated towel rail, shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Jane and Michael both grew up in and around the South Downs and are passionate about West Sussex and everything that this beautiful region has to offer. We love meeting all of our guests from far and wide and go out of our way to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one.

In the very centre of the South Downs National Park there is a variety of terrain for a gentle stroll or serious hike, through farm and woodland, over gently rolling hills or coastal paths. There are a diversity of attractions within close range, Midhurst with its Cowdray House ruins, golf course and the National Trust's Woolbeding Gardens. It is a short drive to Upperton Vineyard, Petworth House and Park and Arundel Castle beyond. Head south to the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum, West Dean Gardens or the historic city of Chichester, with its majestic medieval cathedral, Roman Palace, canal and harbour tours and Goodwood horse and motor racing. Beaches with views of the Isle of Wight are not far away. We are in close proximity to Haslemere station with a regular fast service to London Waterloo. We are equidistant from Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton Airports.
