Hi my name is Jim i am your host I hope you will enjoy your stay at my house I hope i have provided most of what you require during your stay Free tea/coffee fresh bread cereal etc However i am at hand to help with any other requirements you need If you need anything please let me know i will try to get whatever you need I do not live at The Avenue so guests can feel free to relax as they would in any hotel The self catering facilities seem to suit my guests as they can cook a meal and invite relatives or friends for a meal around the dining table which hotels don't offer I have lived in Belfast all my life and can provide you with any information you need just ask please I am always trying to improve guest experience at The Avenue as i want happy guests and leave a good review score
Ormeau park is now a popular concert venue Belsonic and is 10minutes walk away Also we are a 15 minute walk from kingspan stadium home of ulster rugby At top of the street is the start of the inner zone bus route Bus to city hall is low cost There are lots of local shops close by Including the main churches within half mile The SSE arena is 1.3 miles away Beside the SSE is the Titanic centre and the "Nomadiic" which was the small ship which took all first class passsengers onboard Titanic at Cherbourg before leaving for its Irish stop pre atlantic voyage There is one of Belfasts busiest shopping roads at the end of my street So a wide range of shops are close by SSE arena is just over a mile away so The Avenue Belfast is perfect for your accommodation while in Belfast to see a concert
