The Annexe forms part of a country home set within landscaped grounds positioned on the edge of this pretty village just to the south of Cambridge. Accessed via an open courtyard, the annexe has a spacious entrance hall providing direct access to the well equipped kitchen that has a wealth of charm and pleasant views over the rear garden. The spiral staircase leads to a generous living space, two double bedrooms (interconnecting) and a shower room that is accessed from the master bedroom. This is a cosy retreat that provides convenient access to the city or alternatively lovely country walks and a choice of excellent village pubs. Off road parking available.

Welcoming host..... Attention has always been paid to the cleanliness of the property. We have taken all the precautionary measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Hand sanitizers available throughout Sheets cleaned to 60 Degrees Deep clean between stays All items in property fully sanitized Please note: There is no washing machine within the Annexe itself although happy to provide an additional clothes washing service if urgently required. (Cost can be discussed at the time) Also, worth mentioning there are 2 very friendly dogs within the main house but rarely venture near the Annexe. Any questions we would be delighted to respond.

The Annexe stands in a peaceful location adjacent to a period residence, with its own private entrance, and is set within established grounds that enjoy far reaching views over the adjoining countryside. Positioned on the edge of this delightful village, the annexe is located just 6 miles from Cambridge City Centre and approximately 30 mins to London Stansted Airport. Stansted Airport - 30 mins Cambridge City Centre - 15 mins Duxford Air Museum - 7 mins M11 Junction 11 - 5 mins Local Railway Station - 9 mins Addenbrookes Hospital - 10 mins
