*IMPORTANT: MINIMUM AGE FOR CHECK-IN IS 25 FOR ALL GUESTS (UNLESS STAYING WITH A PARENT/GUARDIAN) & A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF 250 GBP IS REQUIRED* Please note, we have multiple apartments at this location with different set-ups and different facilities so you must click through to the individual room type and ensure you're reading the specific amenities to ensure they meet your requirements. The building is a large residential complex right in the industrial heart of the city. You'll retrieve your key from a lockbox outside the building. Please note, although lifts are present in the building these are not operational. While we manage a handful of apartments within it, we do not own or manage the building itself or have any control over the communal areas or the entrance. Please do be mindful of this when arriving!
