This spacious, fully furnished and cosy self contained flat with fully fitted kitchen is perfect for both short and long stay guests, business travelers and solo adventurers, who wish to cater for themselves. The sofa bed makes it easily adaptable for a family. Located in a quiet and friendly area of Linthorpe road with ample free parking Very convenient for visitors to Tee-side University, James Cook hospital and TWI Technology Centre. An ideal place to access most places in Middlesbrough

1 Oxford street, TS14NN is located at the heart of Middlesbrough with ample free parking both in front and by the side of the property and has a sit out in the back garden for relaxation to enjoy the cool breeze and sunlight. Located adjacent the Ayresome Park and a few minutes walk to the Magnificent Albert Park and the Dorman museum. 4 minutes walk to the Sainsbury local shop. 7 minutes walk to the Teesside University. 15 minutes walk to the TWI Technology Centre. 14 minutes walk to the bus station and City centre. 25 minutes walk to the James Cook hospital. Nearby Restaurants: There are many local restaurants along Linthorpe road. Some recommended ones are: Turtle Bay - TS1 2RT Persian Cottage - TS5 6JQ The Curing House - TS1 2LL
