This place is in the centre of Bellaghy within walking distance of the Seamus Heaney Homeplace. It is in the heart of Mid Ulster, 40 minutes from Belfast and 40 minutes from the North Coast. 2 bedrooms, one twin with and extra rollout bed , one double and a sofa bed in the living room. Travel cot available on request. One bathroom with bath and shower. Free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview channels.
We look forward to welcoming guests to An Lar. The name comes from the Irish word for centre, as it’s the centre of Bellaghy but also Northern Ireland. So if you want to visit the coast or the cities of Belfast or Derry you are only about a 45 minute drive away! I speak a little French and Spanish and will happily teach you a few words of Irish too! We enjoy kayaking on the River Bann about 3 miles away or walking the Open Ground where the Poet Seamus Heaney drew his inspiration
