Groomsport Bay Caravan Park is situated in the picturesque coastal village of Groomsport near Bangor in Northern Ireland. There are stunning views across Belfast Lough with a perfect blend of tranquility. Groomsport's harbour and coastal walks are just minutes away along with a beautiful beach. The Cockle Row Cottages Heritage Centre provides fascinating insights into local history while the Groomsport Inn and Restaurant provide live music and live televised sport. The Stables is another lovely restaurant in Groomsport. A 15 minute walk round the coast or the roadway will take you to both these venues. Nearby by car or bus is are the towns of Bangor, Newtownards and Donaghadee. Bloomfield,s Shopping Centre is 5 minutes via car or bus. The caravan park is very quiet and there is beautiful sea views and a short walk to the beach. A children's park is just in front of the caravan and there is an open grass area where you can keep an eye on the children. Its a child friendly caravan with plenty of toys, books and puzzles and not forgetting the pets, they are also very welcome. A Firestick is provided in the living area. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating area for you to relax.
