Detached bungalow of character occupying a corner site in the heart of linthorpe village boasting mature gardens and patio area with bbq and Free parking just 5min drive from Middlesbrough centre.james cooķ hospital close by.15 min drive to the coast and north Yorkshire national park.40 mins drive to whitby.also suitable for work stays as just 15 mins drive to Teesworks and wilton site.

Linthorpe is a quiet leafy village with victorian villas of character .it is home to middlesbrough "LittleTheatre" further down the road we have the Dorman Museum.Albert Park and the Iconic Transporter Bridge.Middlesbrough Riverside stadium is just a few minutes drive away at middlehaven which also houses Middlesbrough College and teesside University James Cook University hospital is 5 mins drive .for those who are looking for to enjoy the coast or country whitby is just 40 mins drive while the North Yorkshire Moors are just 15 mins drive .Acklam Hall wedding venue is 5 min drive or 15 min walk
