A deluxe open plan studio with a Super King Sized bed that can be used a two single beds. The annexe is reached by steps and is entirely independent from the house. There is a dressing room/office upstairs for your use. Guests are welcome to use the garden and terrace. Breakfast can be served outside on those rare summer mornings!

Friendly host who always enjoys having guests to stay. Interests include dogs, walking, growing vegetables and history.

Set in beautiful rural Northamptonshire, Newnham is an ideal place to explore the locality. Great walks on the doorstep. Daventry is 2 miles away, Northampton and Banbury are an easy commute. Silverstone, Althorp and Sulgrave Manor are all within an easy drive. Bicester Shopping Village and Stratford upon Avon are about a half hour drive.
