A quiet, spacious open plan basement apartment with garden access. Less then 10 minute walk to Bangor town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Ballyholme Village and beach. Where you'll find everything you'll need for a pleasant stay. Ballyholme begins the beautiful coastal walks Bangor is famous for. Bus stop directly outside or a short walk to bus & train station. A 10 minute walk to Aurora Leisure Centre and Ballyholme Yacht Club. Please note the property has a very friendly golden retriever who may visit the garden and say hello once in a while.
