Ireland, our philosophy is simple - we want to provide you with the best accommodation available in Newcastle for the price and ensure that you have an enjoyable stay - so that you can recommend us to your family and friends and visit us again. If something isn't up to scratch, tell us and we'll fix it.Located beside the civic award winning promenade and beach, Apartment 7A is a Self Catering apartment within the Waterfoot complex. This is a gated residence with main street access via a remotely controlled electronic gate to a secure underground car parking area. We want to run our apartment in as environmentally friendly way as possible - to this end, please do not set the Hive thermostat to 30 Deg C as soon as you arrive hoping that the apartment will reach this sauna temperature - it never will but will burn gas 24/7 trying to achieve it.
