This is large one bedroom flat on the ground floor with easy access. there is a porch for taking off footware. Its a spacious Lounge with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, feature fireplace, big screen TV. Large double bedroom overlooking communal garden. Walk in shower. Bright and airy with ample on street parking outside. Third bed is a single pull down bed.
I am experienced with hosting and understand the travellers needs. I have other properties which I holiday let and we have been in Stonehaven for 25 years and have vast knowledge of the area.
It is a quiet road at the back of the town and a five minute walk to the Town Square and beach. It is easy to park and there is a communal garden at the rear. You can see the town and beach from the top of the road. In the town you have several, bars, cafes, shops, pubs & achemist. The beach is and historic harbour are a short walk away and you can find more pubs, cafes, Seafood Bothy, museum, boats and paddleboard trips and so much more. The start of the walk to Dunnottar Castle is from Stonehaven and is 2 miles away.
