Check in time from 20:00hrs onwards... Via Key box code entry, please note: We cannot assist you in opening and locking the door especially when we are working. We are not a hotel, we have no front desk 24hrs. You need to be independent and please read the check in and check out instructions on your messages thoroughly. Check out time 12:00 noon. Quiet time 23:00hrs-5:00am Stay in Ashford, Kent Lodge, half the price of the regular hotels. Walking distance within William Harvey Hospital, Ashford International Train Station, Ashford Designer Outlet, Asda Supermarket, Costcutter and other major establishment. The Double Room has fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery, room heating, electric fan. Top floor with separate toilet & bath, shared with 1 lodger opposite the room. You are staying in the Double Room in a house, please respect the house rules. No Access to Kitchen use, No Access to washing machine and dryer use. Please remove your outside shoes before going up on the carpeted stairs and room. On the day of check out.... Leave the top floor room door open. Please return the keys in the keybox after locking the ground floor front door We have 2 dogs staying in the closed door Living room and back garden. CCTV security in the premises. Street Parking along the road near the accomodation. Keybox entry code will be emailed on the day of check in from 4pm. WiFi password written inside the room.
