Located in Kirkwall - Peaceful Comfort, Warm Orcadian Hospitality and the Perfect Base to Explore From. Situated with an elevated view over the town and harbour on the outskirts of Kirkwall, yet a pleasant 25-30minutes walk into the town. Our B&B provides a peaceful retreat with only three comfortable guest rooms, each with private facilities, and a communal breakfast/dining room offering a relaxed ‘home from home’ atmosphere. Private guest entrance into the guest dining room with stairway leading to the three bedrooms on the first floor. Self-serve breakfast foods are provided in the dining room which is equipped with sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils etc. This room can be used by guests during your stay. Self check-in available if we are unable to welcome you on arrival. Convenient on-site parking and outdoor storage available for bicycles, golf clubs etc. Use of the garden and furniture shared with the owners. We are on the town bus route for non drivers with buses passing the door every hour during the daytime.
